Subject: Mothers day here I come!
Date: Mon, 20 Apr 2009 15:03:54 +0000

Hey yall!

Oh yeah Alberto's B-day! Wish him a happy birthday for me! Man 28 he's old and so am I! Wow sounds like you need to self motivate yourself, because it's your life and it will be shorten if you keep on this path. I am glad to hear Brandon is going to church and Vic especially. They need the positive reinforcement that is provided by the church.

Wow things with Rob A have been pretty rough to ask him to move. I see he's back to his old ways. What type of changes are we talking about? He gave up on the business after a month? That's not the Rob A I know, that's beyond disappointing. Homeboy has turned into the Rob A that I lost touch with on purpose. I am amazed he went south so fast and easy with all the help that the business provides.

Don't worry about the birthday box situation I understand and I'm sure Alberto does too. We gotta visit Alberto when I get home as soon as possible. Laura is taking the lessons? That is great! Elder Mo is done this change, send him my best wishes in his return to earth!...LOL That lucky dog.

I burnt a DVD of 300 something photos and I have a few with Elder Rich and if you could send a copy to his mom that would be great! You should recieve it soon. I am super happy for James. It's about time that guy has things going his way. I guess my work here is doing some good there!

Please mom don't give up. You know what you have to do. JUST DO IT! NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! I know this to be true, and you only have 15 months to be platnums or I will regulate!

Love,

Elder Morton

1st Letter From Elder Morton from Lima, Peru, 08.27.08

Hey Mom & Dad,
I have reached my mission home in Lima, Peru and the President and his wife are great!
The Elders are nice & my companion is a good guy from what I hear.
All of your packages made it to the mission home. When I get to my area I will see which ones came. I will write you to confirm. I may or may not email you today but if I can I will. So far so good, I am alive and well.
I am excited to teach the gospel to develop a stronger relationship of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. It will be hard but I knew that to begin with.
The most important thing is that I concentrate on becoming the best missionary that I can be, so that you all will be blessed spiritually, & temporally, as our faith is tested.
I love you guys and pray for you every day. I know no matter if we work hard with our eyes set on eternal salvation things will work out for the best.
Never give up!
Love,
Rob
