Subject: Easter?! Whoa what happened there!
Date: Mon, 13 Apr 2009 15:07:13 +0000
Hey Fam!
I forgot it was easter! They don't have Easter here they have Pascua!
I was so focused on the work here because to have success it's essential to work hard and in the midst of all that I forgot about Easter! It was last Sunday huh oh well I hope you guys had a good Easter.
Elder Mo has been there a while huh, how many months does he have in our ward?
Whoa thats crazy about the earthquake in Italy. At least the Minguzzis are ok. I too am praying that the economy gets better in the USA. I am pretty tan, pretty much like back in the day when I played all day outside and was very tan, because the sun here is HOT. The rain is a nice break.
Re: Semaj's wife, it's funny to me when people don't like pictures, I don't really get it. The next change is May 6th about three weeks away.
Rob A it seems is back to his old ways, and is no longer the calm guy who had a good relationship with God and was full of hope for his future. It's shame, but if one doesnt have a firm foundation in something worthwhile these things are bound to happen.
Send my best wishes to Jackie I sure hope the surgery goes well. Thats cool that she is engaged to Rodney, he's a nice guy.
Whoa GO KYLE! I am super pumped for him! He sure deserves it! Is that 7K PV or $7K? Either way I will bust my butt to get there I want it BAD!
I pray that this girl James is going with is a good one. I know things are hard there, but NEVER, NEVER, GIVE UP! If you keep up the good work it will pay off in the end and the end is near. When I get home we will tear it up, TEAM INA business is like none other so that we may have some peace and be able to help others enjoy the same. Were eating jungle food, and working really hard, I am talking to 10-20 new people EVERY DAY! How crazy is that? Gotta go.
I love you all!

1st Letter From Elder Morton from Lima, Peru, 08.27.08
Hey Mom & Dad,
I have reached my mission home in Lima, Peru and the President and his wife are great!
The Elders are nice & my companion is a good guy from what I hear.
All of your packages made it to the mission home. When I get to my area I will see which ones came. I will write you to confirm. I may or may not email you today but if I can I will. So far so good, I am alive and well.
I am excited to teach the gospel to develop a stronger relationship of Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. It will be hard but I knew that to begin with.
The most important thing is that I concentrate on becoming the best missionary that I can be, so that you all will be blessed spiritually, & temporally, as our faith is tested.
I love you guys and pray for you every day. I know no matter if we work hard with our eyes set on eternal salvation things will work out for the best.
Never give up!
Love,
Rob
