Hello Family!
I have survived for a whole week in the mission field. Believe it or not; I am probably even more surprised than you guys are! We are so busy it’s not even funny, there is no time for naps or long showers, but luckily my trainer is great so we have fun with the work when we can. I am learning something new every day and stretching my Spanish further and further every day as well. It is a tough daily grind more mentally than physically so it will take some getting used to but it is worth it in my opinion, because the people here are so humble and open to the word. I suppose if you have next to nothing having a better relationship with God sounds pretty great, because it is an improvement from where they are now in many ways. We have eight people with baptism dates already, in that manner things are gong great! My Spanish is coming along slowly but surely a little bit each day. I still Love all you guys as much as I did before I left and look forward to getting off the plane after serving the Lord to the best of my ability for two years.

In other news this Saturday we will have our first (of hopefully many) baptisms. I am really excited because since we have been here the members are getting more and more excited everyday with our work and are really warming up to us.
I have received all packages with cookies, protein bars, drinks, etc. And I thank you Very much because the food situation here is limited because the people are very poor although they really give the missionaries the best and most of what they have. Your fourth package arrived today and I signed for it and will get to have it on Tuesday, that is the day we have Zone and district meetings and the Zone leaders pass out letters and packages etc. I was able to read your emails and responded to them to the best of my ability considering we have 45 minutes on Monday, our Personal Day to check and respond to emails.
How is your health Mom & Dad? How's Jeff, Annette, & James? Justin, Brandon, Vic & Chris, and all the little rascals? How's the gang up in Auburn? I pray daily for you all & hope you receive the fruits of my labor. How's Wally, Jennifer, & Claire doing? How's Mike & Sunny & their new baby? Have you heard from Joyce, Revonda, Semaj, Jimmy, Futaba, & the kids? Are you all taking care of yourselves spiritually, temporally, and otherwise?
Are you guys & Rob A. Going to town in the business? Getting closer everyday to financial freedom? God has a plan for I see it now more clearly than ever, the only thing is we have to see that “Big Picture” that our hard work, daily personal growth will amount to something great and that all the hard work it takes to get there is worth it! I have much more to talk about but it’s time to go. Love to all.
See you soon
